The Criminal History Team (CHT) provides national criminal history record checking (NCHRC) services to police jurisdictions and accredited third-party agencies. The checks are principally used to ensure that persons in positions of trust and specified fields of endeavour are adequately screened for criminal records while also ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. CrimTrac is looking for motivated and capable individuals who are committed to continuous improvement in a changing environment to join this exciting and dynamic team.
This managerial opportunity will allow you to realise your potential by engaging with a variety of stakeholders to develop excellent client relationships associated with the delivery of NCHRC services. You will be required to manage the Criminal History team and provide staff with direction on operational business processes and procedures. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of your team by coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of new initiatives and strategies.
