CrimTrac is enhancing its Human Resource capability and needs a strategic and experienced HR leader to drive a number of significant initiatives within the agency.
As Manager, Human Resources you will lead a team of HR professionals responsible for providing crucial strategic and operational services and advice to the Agency. This key position in the organisation is responsible for ensuring critical elements of the HR framework are implemented. The primary challenges include Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management and Succession Planning. You will provide strategic input and leadership to internal and external forums and contribute to the effective governance of the agency.
If you have:
• Experience developing HR strategy and policies
• The ability to achieve results in a dynamic and maturing environment
• Highly developed communication, liaison and leadership skills
• Formal qualifications and/or extensive experience in Human Resource Management
