As Manager, Project Management Office you will provide guidance, support and mentoring to Project Managers, maximising the success of their projects and the Agency’s strategic goals. Your success in this role will also rely on your superior communication and presentation skills along with the ability to champion the evolution of the Agency's project management methodologies.
If you have practical experience in:
• Supporting project teams using the PRINCE2® and MSP® management methodologies
•Enhancing PMO policies and procedures, including supporting templates and documentation, with a focus on developing organisational efficiency and effectiveness
• Developing and enhancing Agency wide project reporting to senior management
• Monitoring project and programme performance metrics to ensure measurable benefits are realised
• Delivering projects, with an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) focus, on time and on budget
